Who can book

Accounts for students under 16 should be created and paid for by a parent or guardian, using the parent's email.

Group sessions

A session goes ahead once the minimum number of students has joined. You are asked to pay only at that point. If the minimum is not reached 24 hours before the start, the session is cancelled and no payment is due; any credit used is returned.

Cancellations by you

Cancel at least 24 hours before the start from your page and the session is returned to you as a credit. Cancellations inside 24 hours are not refunded, except at the tutor's discretion.

Cancellations by the tutor

If the tutor cancels a session for any reason you receive a credit for a future session, or a refund on request, and an explanation by email.

Private tutoring

Payment holds the requested time. The tutor confirms or declines within one working day. Declined requests are returned in full as credit, or refunded on request.

Credits and packs

Credits are personal, do not expire, and can be used on any group session. Unused credits in a pack are refundable on request within 30 days of purchase, less any credits already used at the single-session price.

Payments

Payments are made by Revolut or PayPal to Liam's Solveroom. No card details are stored on this site.

Conduct and recordings

Sessions may be recorded for members of that session only. Be respectful of other students; disruptive behaviour can lead to removal without refund.

Privacy

We store your name, email, time zone, bookings and messages, and nothing else. We don't sell or share your data. Email via the help page to have your account deleted.
